1. About us
RYZON INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY is a general trading business operating in the United Arab Emirates, supplying food, non-food, electronics and home items to retail customers and to businesses. Our registration and contact details are published on this website once confirmed.
2. Who may order
You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only. Business customers may apply for a wholesale account; wholesale pricing is available only to accounts we have approved.
3. Products and product information
We take care to describe products accurately, including images, specifications, weights, packaging and country of origin where available. Product images are illustrative; packaging, formulation and appearance may be updated by the manufacturer without notice. Where a discrepancy would be material to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a partial fulfilment, or a cancellation of the affected line.
4. Pricing and errors
All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). Prices, offers and delivery charges may change at any time before you place an order.
Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. In that case we will contact you before processing, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it without charge.
5. Value Added Tax
VAT is applied only when we are registered for VAT and the applicable registration number is shown. Where VAT does not apply, no tax is charged and the document issued with your order is a receipt rather than a tax invoice.
6. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we cannot verify the delivery address or contact details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Wholesale orders are reviewed by our team before processing.
7. Payment
Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method available. Payment is made in cash to the delivery driver when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount available where possible.
We do not collect, process or store card details at any point. Card payments, digital wallets, bank transfer, instalment plans and payment links are not offered at this time.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms, charges, coverage and estimated timelines are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a contactable phone number. If delivery cannot be completed because we could not reach you or access the address, we may attempt redelivery or return the order.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive a refund are set out in our Cancellation Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
10. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent ordering, or a breach of these terms.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Records we are required to retain for accounting or legal purposes will be kept without your contact details.
11. Business (wholesale) customers
Wholesale accounts are subject to verification of your business details. Wholesale prices, minimum order values and volume discounts are set by us and may be revised. Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation. Credit terms and account balances are not offered at this time; wholesale orders are payable by Cash on Delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and our name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, utility or network failure, or action by a public authority. We will contact you and, where a significant delay is unavoidable, offer a revised delivery date or a cancellation with a full refund.
15. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge complaints during working hours and to resolve them as quickly as we reasonably can.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
